If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:36

ALONE ONE NIGHT IN SHAME AND DESPAIR

I LOOKED FOR MY HELP BUT NONE WAS THERE.

NO FUTURE...BUT PRISON, NO PAST....JUST PAIN

I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR MY TEARS, THE...RAIN.

BY JUSTICE CONDEMNED IN TIME TO DIE

MY ONLY HOPE GOD’S MERCY FOR HIS GRACE DID I CRY.

THEN A SEED PLANTED SOMEWHERE LONG AGO

IN THE MIDST OF MY SORROW BEGAN TO GROW.

THIS SEED WAS CHRIST WHO DIED FOR ME

IN JAIL WITH JESUS I AM SET FREE.

NO LONGER IN HELL OF MY SINFUL WAYS

HE’S MADE ME A NEW PERSON WHO LOVES AND PRAYES.

THOUGH SEASONS COME AND HOLIDAYS PASS

IN JAIL WITH JESUS MY HOPE DOES LAST.

SO I DO SHARE WITH YOU MY FRIEND

IN JAIL WITH JESUS IT’S NOT THE END!

AN INMATE.

I have never felt more love and appreciation for my life in Christ as I have going into the Georgia State Prison and YDC in Georgia. Its true, you’ll find Jesus there too.

Many Sons, Grandsons, and Fathers and Mothers are waiting for The Church of God.

Many young and old men, and women are spending life behind bars because the curse of sin reigned within their lives. The scripture, “many are called, but few are chosen” not only deals with the Church of God, but it is an high calling of God to be able to endure the powers of satan and tread the halls where the most vile of our society dwell in the shadows of the darkness of this world. Crying silently within their small cells for someone to come and tell them they are loved, and that God understands their sinfulness. That’s why he sent his son to die upon the cross, lead them into prayer of repentance and set their souls free from shame and bondage. The woman caught in the very act of adultery, was not condemned by our Lord, because he knew we all fall short of the Glory of God because of the fall of Adam and Eve, and our righteousness is as a filthy rag in his sight, yet he loved us enough to die with our sins upon his back, while we were yet sinners, should we not judge, but go and love, go and tell, go and pray?

An old man on a moped  looking about 100 years old, pulls up next to
a doctor at a street light.
The old man looks over at the sleek shiny car and asks, 'What kind of
car ya got here, sonny?

The doctor replies, 'A Ferrari GT. It cost half a million
dollars!'
'That's a lot of money,' says the old man. 'Why does it
cost so much?'
'Because this car can do up to 320 miles an hour!' states the
doctor proudly.
The moped driver asks, 'Mind if I take a look inside?'
'No problem,' replies the doctor.
So the old man pokes his head in the window and looks around. Then,
sitting back on his moped, the old man says, 'That's a pretty nice
car all right, but I'll stick with my moped!'
Just then the light changes, so the doctor decides to show the old man
just what his car can do.. He floors it, and within 30 seconds the
speedometer reads 160 mph.
Suddenly, he notices a dot in his rear view mirror. It seems to be
getting closer! He slows down to see what it could be and suddenly
WHHOOOOSSSHHHH! Something whips by him going much faster!
'What on earth could be going faster than my Ferrari?' the doctor
asks himself.
He floors the accelerator and takes the Ferrari up to 250 mph. Then,
up ahead of him, he sees that it's the old man on the moped!
Amazed that the moped could pass his Ferrari, he gives it more gas and
passes the moped at 275 mph and he's feeling pretty good until he
looks in his mirror and sees the old man gaining on him AGAIN!
Astounded by the speed of this old guy, he floors the gas pedal and
takes the Ferrari all the way up to 320 mph. Not ten seconds later, he
sees the moped bearing down on him again! The Ferrari is flat out, and
there's nothing he can do!
Suddenly, the moped plows into the back of his Ferrari, demolishing
the rear end. The doctor stops and jumps out and unbelievably the old
man is still alive.
He runs up to the mangled old man an says, 'I'm a doctor... Is there
anything I can do for you?'

The old man whispers,

'Unhook my suspenders from your side view mirror'....
